Job Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Professional to provide efficient, effective, and comprehensive administrative services across various business functions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide a wide range of administrative support relating to human resources, including maintaining records, staff audits, and supporting recruitment and selection processes.
- Deliver high-quality administrative support within the organization by providing leadership, training, and allocating tasks to team members.
- Manage purchasing and reimbursement requirements in line with established guidelines, liaising with financial teams as needed.
- Offer financial support to senior managers, including invoicing, assisting with approvals, and contributing to regular management reporting.
- Maintain and improve administrative systems and records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Requirements:
You possess excellent organizational skills, enabling you to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines while using initiative. You bring experience across payroll, finance, human resources, facilities, and records management, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant policies and procedures.
You work well as part of a team, build effective relationships, communicate clearly, and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information. You can analyze problems, identify solutions, and deliver accurate, high-quality administrative support.
