Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Condition Monitoring professional to join our team. As a key member of our condition monitoring service, you will be responsible for conducting timely reporting of Komatsu Oil Wear Analysis (KOWA) and Condition Monitoring Service (CMS) test results to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise daily workflow to meet customer delivery expectations for Komatsu Oil Wear Analysis (KOWA) reports by the end of the business day.
  • Provide support to Customer Support Groups for KOWA reporting and CMS business product enquiries.
  • Offer direct support to Komatsu and OEM customers upon request to enable clients to manage machine fleet maintenance and operational costs for equipment using CMS and KOWA products.
  • Conduct training sessions at the customer's request to maintain sampling disciplines and promote quality of service to users.
  • Manage Condition Monitoring Service key account clients as directed by the Senior Condition Monitoring Technician.
  • Liaise with the Laboratory staff to maintain laboratory workflow and allow the customer reports to meet delivery schedules.
  • Assist Office Administrators to maintain data cleanliness of customer, machine and oil data records.
  • Represent the Company in dispute resolution where KOWA reporting is involved.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and team skills.
  • Sound computer & system skills.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and show initiative.
  • Sound product knowledge.
  • Qualifications: Trade Certificate and Post-Trade Experience.
