About the Position: We are seeking a highly effective and spiritually-minded individual to join our school leadership team as the Religious Education Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising teaching and learning in Religious Education, as well as contributing to the management of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and supervise the development and implementation of Religious Education programs
• Lead the preparation of liturgies and celebrations
• Analyze and use data to inform learning and engage in future planning
• Build strong relationships with staff, students, parents, and the wider community
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve school goals and objectives
• Stay up-to-date with relevant curriculum developments and pedagogical practices

Requirements:
We are looking for an individual who is a committed Catholic with a strong understanding of the evangelizing mission of Catholic schools. The ideal candidate will have:
• A Graduate Diploma or Master of Religious Education, Theology or Theological Studies from an approved institution
• Demonstrated evidence of ongoing commitment to the teachings of the Catholic Church and engagement in the life of a Catholic faith community
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across all stages of the school
• Adaptability in working within a 'shared-leadership' model
• Post-graduate units of study in leadership (advantageous)
