About Us:
Clinical Leadership RoleThis role is a critical position that requires strong leadership and management skills to oversee the clinical area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with hospital services to drive unit-based activities and resource development.
- Governance of practice adherence to relevant standards, guidelines, and policies.
- Resource management including procurement and human resources.
- Participating in procedural areas leadership team.
About You:
- You must be a registered nurse with AHPRA and hold a current practising certificate.
- Demonstrated expertise in anaesthetics area.
- Proven experience in cost management and resource allocation.
- Human management principles including rostering, performance management, and team development.
- A desire to work as part of a dedicated team committed to exceptional clinical care standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in quality assurance and improvement practices.
