Job Summary

The Crawford School of Public Policy offers a dynamic and challenging role for an experienced Program Coordinator to support the development and implementation of customised courses.

About the Role
  • Provide project management support for the development and implementation of customised courses.
  • Work closely with the Manager, Executive Education after the completion of initial scoping and development phases.
  • Deliver outstanding administrative and operational support to deliver a variety of professional education projects.
  • Contribute to the development, design, and evaluation of the executive education program.
  • Work across a diverse range of activities and tasks with a wide range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement new initiatives.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Providing support for the development and implementation of educational programs.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently whilst valuing the collective strength of working as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated experience in program delivery and events or communications management.
