Emeco Maintenance Supervisor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Fimiston mine site in the Goldfields of Western Australia.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with a 12-hour day shift roster, offering a DIDO (Drive-In, Drive-Out) arrangement with Kalgoorlie-based home every night. The role involves supervising a team of maintenance personnel and ensuring the efficient operation of our heavy equipment fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment availability and performance.
  • Lead a team of maintenance personnel to achieve high-quality maintenance outcomes.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize equipment utilization.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven post-trade experience with heavy earthmoving equipment, including Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Hitachi.
  • Recognized National Heavy Diesel Mechanic/Fitter Trade Qualification.
  • High level of understanding of maintenance and reliability principles.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Current Australian Driver's License and High Risk License (preferable).
