Maintenance Supervisor

**About the Role**

Emeco is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at the Fimiston mine site in Western Australia. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance professionals to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our heavy equipment fleet.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead a team of maintenance professionals to perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment
* Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability
* Collaborate with operations teams to identify and resolve equipment issues
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
* Develop and maintain relationships with equipment suppliers and vendors

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* High level of understanding of maintenance and reliability principles
* Recognized National Heavy Diesel Mechanic/Fitter Trade Qualification
