A key opportunity exists for a seasoned Regional Brand Manager to assume a pivotal role in shaping the brand's presence throughout Western Australia.

About the Business

The appointed individual will be responsible for driving the brand's presence and reputation across WA, working closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy & Campaigns: Develop, execute and report on brand, PR and sales-focused campaigns that drive engagement and growth.
  • Brand Advocacy: Be a dedicated advocate for the brand, ensuring alignment with values in all communications and initiatives.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the centralised marketing team, Head of Marketing and other stakeholders to ensure all brand activities are aligned and executed effectively.
  • Content & Creative Management: Oversee creation of all brand materials, including client guides, brochures and promotional collateral.
  • Media Relations: Drive and manage media relationships and assist with enquiries and press releases.
  • Sponsorships Acquisition: Assess sponsorship requests from local community groups and organisations and provide recommendations on sponsorships that help foster a positive brand image.
  • Digital & Data Management: Manage website content management system updates, data within the CRM system and track campaign performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Experience: A strong track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive brand growth and engagement, ideally within the construction or related industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with website CMS and CRM systems, familiarity with project management tools like Trello or Monday and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for detail to ensure all materials are on-brand and meet high-quality standards.
