Night Operations Manager

This is a leadership role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage a team of night shift workers.

About the Role:

  • As a Night Operations Manager at a leading supermarket chain, you will plan and lead your team to deliver exceptional results in terms of carton rate and availability.
  • You will be responsible for end-to-end leadership of your department, fostering a connected, flexible and high-performing team committed to serving our customers and communities.
  • You will play a key role in the day-to-day functions of the department while working closely with the store leadership team and team members to ensure we provide our customers with a great shopping experience and our team with a great place to work.

Job Summary:
