Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-driven professional to join our team as a Business Process Analyst.

The successful candidate will play a key role in analysing business and user processes, systems and requirements to support project scoping, design and delivery. Key accountabilities include:

  • Engaging with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges and opportunities
  • Analysing workflows to create process maps and identify areas for improvement
  • Supporting IT teams in leveraging data insights for strategic decision-making
  • Ensuring data integrity and accuracy in reporting and analysis
  • Developing actionable user stories or use cases to capture business requirements
  • Designing and documenting desired outcomes of system enhancement/development
  • Communicating user requirements in technical terms to analyst programmers/project teams
  • Providing training and assistance to end-users following implementation
  • Selecting, developing and deploying IT solutions that meet business objectives
  • Evolving solutions that are user-friendly, scalable and aligned with organisational goals
  • Identifying opportunities to optimise IT systems and business processes
