Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team and assist in the development and delivery of platform solutions required for enterprise service management and workflow automation.

About The Role
  • Develop, configure, and customise the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritise business requirements
  • Assess platform requirements from business areas; explore/research/test ServiceNow out-of-the-box capability to exhaust existing application options before progressing with custom builds
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code when required (JavaScript)
About You
  • Provide platform support, solutions and advice across configuration, development and maintenance services for enterprise service management and workflow automation platforms
  • Develop scoped applications, flows, scripts and other UI elements in relation to custom solutions and out-of-the-box enhancements in the ServiceNow platform
  • Conduct solution demonstrations and/or presentations to agency business teams and other key stakeholders
  • Debugging and fixing technical problems
  • Producing and running test cases to guarantee software quality
  • Documenting code and application functionality

This role is based on-site in Canberra and is an initial 6-month contract. An active NV1 security clearance is essential.
