Job Overview

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support for MQ projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting services for customers utilizing MQ and MQ Appliance.
  • Collaborate with other support organizations to prioritize and diagnose problems to resolution.
  • Communicate action plans to clients or representatives.
