About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team at the Government of New South Wales. As a key member of our Customer Experience & Change team, you will play a critical role in driving transformation and improvement across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement change programs and projects, applying sound project management principles and best practice methodologies to achieve sustained outcomes.
  • Analyze current and future business operations and processes, identifying impacts and risks to inform the development of a change and communications strategy.
  • Collaborate with project teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to apply a structured change management approach and methodology.
  • Maintain an understanding of our organization, challenges, and objectives to ensure change projects are integrated effectively into our programs.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in providing advice and information on emerging project issues and presenting recommendations to inform decision making and mitigate the impacts of change.
  • Strong change management skills, with the ability to support the development of change management and communications plans.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to maintain effective working relationships with project team members and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage change management records and artefacts to inform decision making and support appropriate project management and governance.
