Job Title: Mortgage Broker

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mortgage Broker to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing online, phone and walk-in customer enquiries, building rapport with clients, finding appropriate loan solutions for customers, liaising with local banks and real estate agents, and supporting customers with lending needs beyond home loans including car loans and insurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer interactions effectively and efficiently.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Research and identify suitable loan options for customers.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders such as banks and real estate agents to facilitate customer transactions.
  • Provide expert advice on a range of financial products, including home loans, car loans and insurance.
