Job Description
\The Associate Performance Director plays a pivotal role in the successful implementation of activation, delivery, and leadership across our team.
\This dynamic professional will collaborate closely with clients to develop strategic plans that drive real business change. They will lead activation staff, providing expert guidance, coaching, and support to ensure consistent high standards are met.
\Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution\
- Establish strong relationships with media, data, and technology partners\
- Foster deep trust and understanding with client teams\
- Contribute to great teamwork within your immediate team\
- Manage workflow, delegate tasks effectively, and set goals\
- Lead training and development of junior members\
- Enrich ongoing implementation planning and buying practices\
- Bring innovation and creativity to the table\
- Supervise reporting output to ensure it is jargon-free and insightful\
- Own key relationships at the intermediate level\
- Provide coaching and guidance on communication and relationship-building skills\
- Address and resolve commercial challenges and issues\
- Support director on investment decisions and forecasting\
- Implement improvements to ways of working that increase efficiency and effectiveness\
- Improve work methods, outcomes, and team performance consistently\
- Identify root problems and implement solutions proactively\\
