This is an exciting opportunity to join a values-driven community allied health provider as a Community Physiotherapist. As a key member of the team, you will have the chance to provide comprehensive care to participants with various diagnoses and disability types.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform home modifications assessments to ensure a safe and accessible environment for participants.
- Deliver therapy services in diverse environments, including clients' homes and community settings.
- Assist clients with movement, pain management, and rehabilitation to improve their overall well-being.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
