About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at KEO Care. As a Physiotherapist, you will work closely with our experienced team to provide assessment, treatment, and recommendations to support individuals with a range of conditions to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality physiotherapy services to individuals with disabilities
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans to support participants in achieving their goals
  • Communicate effectively with participants, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in regular case conferences and multidisciplinary team meetings to share knowledge and best practices

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Car and driver's license
  • National Police Check
