About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Coordinator to join our team at Team Global Express. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our freight solutions and customer service functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Accurately record and update client information and investigations in our computer systems.
  • Perform day-to-day housekeeping of inbound freight, ensuring that all necessary attention is given to these items.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and contact center staff to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Provide feedback to supervisors regarding service failures and assist in finding solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Support the Admin and Operational teams in a backup capacity, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in data entry and time management.
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office computer applications.
  • Excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to resolve conflict and negotiate solutions to problems quickly.
  • Previous experience in the transport industry is highly advantageous.
