Job Opportunity: We are seeking a junior to mid-level lawyer with experience in complex restructuring matters and top-tier banking transactions.

">As a Restructuring Lawyer, you will assist with complex restructuring matters within the Restructuring & Insolvency group. You will collaborate with teams on top-tier, technical banking transactions and other corporate matters. Your role will include contributing to client service with a commercial approach and strong analytical skills.

Requirements
">We are looking for an individual with 2-4 years' experience in restructuring and insolvency advisory gained within a top-tier firm or by a combination of top-tier and in-house. Prior restructuring experience is not required; however, you should have worked on technical and sophisticated corporate/banking transactions and have a desire to build your career in restructuring.
