Enterprise D365 F&O Developer/Technical Specialist

We are currently seeking a seasoned Enterprise D365 F&O developer and technical specialist to join our team. This role involves participating in multiple tasks, including developer and integration assignments.

Job Description

This position will involve several key responsibilities:

  • Developer Tasks:
  • Build and manage build and release pipelines for developed models.
  • Mentor and coach other developers in the use of DevOps.
  • Manage code release through branching strategies that align with the environment management plan.
  • Track and manage code deployment.
  • Integration Tasks:
  • Design, document and implement integration architecture and solution designs.
  • Understand the data needing to be transformed and the events that require that data to be changed, and the dependencies between the components.
  • Understand the FinOps interfaces.
  • Determine where each interface is appropriate.
  • Extend them with X++ when necessary.
  • Develop Azure Functions to fill gaps or reduce the cost of integrations.
  • Build and manage build and release pipelines for Azure resources using ARM templates.
  • Understand and work within security boundaries of the processes.
  • Assess and manage the impact of integration approach.
  • Document and create BYOD solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in D365 F&O (at least 6 years) and have expertise in X++ development (10+ years). Knowledge of SQL & OData is also essential. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience working on full-cycle implementations of D365 F&O and Azure environments. Additionally, skills and knowledge in DevOps, LCS, and effective communication are required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The following certifications are mandatory:

  • MB-300 Core exam, D365FO.
  • MB-500: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Developer.
