Job Summary\

As a Store Manager, you will lead a team of store associates and leaders to create an exceptional consumer experience. Your focus will be on driving sales, providing excellent customer service, maintaining visual presentations, and developing talent within the store.

This role offers opportunities for growth and collaboration with industry leading teammates and partners. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to consumers, leading the store team in surpassing performance metrics, and applying analytical thinking to find opportunities within the store.

You will also be responsible for leading visual presentation, product flow, replenishment, and operational standards throughout the store. Additionally, you will foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that engages and promotes internal growth and builds an external network of talent.

In this role, you will coordinate, delegate, prioritize, and meet store deadlines while ensuring effective follow-up on daily activities. You will also contribute to crafting a team environment that encourages sharing of suggestions, ideas, and concerns while upholding company values.

You will learn and assist in various departments, including consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room management. You will support team members in the daily execution of retail operations, such as POS system management and use, stock replenishment, and pricing and markdown processes seasonally.

Furthermore, you will adhere to company Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
