Job Description

Embark on a career-enhancing opportunity as a Clinical Governance Facilitator in delivering an effective service, supporting managers and staff across clinical streams to ensure the principles of integrated governance are at the heart of service provision.

Key responsibilities include facilitation, leadership, and support to management teams, and multidisciplinary clinical staff in delivering improved care, including promoting best practice in clinical incident management, consumer engagement, quality improvement, risk identification, clinical audit, and effectiveness, as well as patient safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires a strong background in healthcare, with excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, are essential.
