Clinical Services Manager

This position oversees clinical services within the Day Surgery Unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to best practice standards.
The successful candidate will lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, drive operational leadership, and manage resources effectively. Additionally, they will support clinical governance, foster a culture of education and research, and promote workforce growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A tertiary degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification is required.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) is also necessary for this role.
A postgraduate qualification in a relevant field would be highly regarded but is not mandatory.
