  • Providing strategic HR consultancy services to support business objectives.
  • Working with leaders and managers to implement people processes that enhance employee capabilities, performance, and potential.
  • SUPPORTING organisational change initiatives and managing specific projects as required.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field.
  • Previous experience and a demonstrable track record of success (3+ years) in a generalist HRBP role within the property industry.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills to coach, influence and manage others effectively.
