How You'll Help Us Achieve Our Goals

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, communicate promotions to target markets, and address specific business needs. Key Responsibilities
  • You'll develop and execute strategic marketing plans to boost brand awareness and drive business growth
  • Create and promote key events for the hotel during critical periods
  • Collaborate with hotel departments to identify opportunities and develop planned promotions addressing specific challenges
  • Manage and control marketing budgets effectively
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with local media, third-party partners, and official bodies
  • Manage and promote the hotel on the IHG brand website
  • Respond to media inquiries and implement PR campaigns to celebrate successes and awards
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive media and marketing contact management system
  • Research and develop new opportunities within key target markets
  • Produce and analyze regular performance reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

You'll manage digital and traditional marketing efforts, including social media, email, content creation, and advertising.
