About the Role

As a Strategic People Partner, you will collaborate closely with our Victorian operations division, Business Development department, and Learning and Development team to address needs, offer strategic insights, and implement impactful solutions. You will leverage your expertise across the entire employee lifecycle, tackling complex issues such as performance management, grievance resolution, leadership coaching, and change management.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic partner to our leaders, aligning people initiatives with business objectives.
  • Partner with department heads to understand business needs and provide tailored people solutions.
  • Support and influence business leaders in driving employee engagement, performance, and development.
  • Support change management and organizational development initiatives.
About You
  • Completion of a graduate degree or relevant industry certification is preferred.
  • A strong team player with a cooperative approach is essential.
  • Proven experience delivering results as a P&C business partner is required.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business is crucial.
  • High levels of enthusiasm and drive are necessary for success in this role.
  • Experience in supporting cultural change initiatives is highly valued.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and other relevant legislation is required.
  • Experience dealing with complex, sensitive inquiries and conversations with discretion is essential.
  • Ability to navigate fast-paced, complex work environments is necessary.
  • Possession of a current Victorian Driver Licence is mandatory.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
