Job Title: Product Development ManagerAbout the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative product development manager to join our team in New South Wales. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our industry-leading product range, driving innovation, and market success.

In this multifaceted role, you will collaborate across product groups, supporting our product development team to deliver quality, eco-conscious products that meet customer needs and market demands.

This involves working closely with our air conditioning products and associated control packages, utilizing expertise in software, electronics hardware, and industrial control systems to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project teams to gather market requirements and craft strategic business cases for new projects.
  • Assist in executing go-to-market strategies, coordinating activities within our product development team, and supporting the sales team with complex customer requirements.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in product management, specifically in HVAC, with strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Project leadership skills, proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis, and hands-on, collaborative problem-solving approach.
  • Navigating ambiguity with confidence, excellent time management and planning skills, and ability to effectively engage and communicate across different workgroups.
