Our client is a highly respected SaaS company with a market-leading product, now preparing for a major investment and international expansion into the US and UK

They are seeking an Engineering Manager to be the 'glue' that unites their team, improves engineering excellence, and matures their technical function to support this ambitious growth phase.

This is a GOLDEN opportunity to have a career-defining impact, building your own team and shaping the technology roadmap for global scale.

What you'll be doing:
  • Leading and mentoring an engineering team to improve technical delivery and team maturity.
  • Defining the technical vision and strategy for the product's next evolution, including a move to a service-oriented architecture and international scalability.
  • Overseeing DevSecOps practices, managing offshore relationships, and ensuring the application's security and stability.
  • Directly reporting to the FOunder/CEO, working closely with leadership to align technology strategy with business vision and global expansion plans.
  • Acting as the primary point of escalation for complex technical issues and incident response.
What you'll bring to the team:
  • Proven experience in scaling a technology product and a technical team.
  • Demonstrable hands-on experience with AWS, Java, and a strong understanding of scalable infrastructure concepts.
  • A track record of successfully implementing and improving engineering processes and test coverage.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for mentoring and building strong relationships.
  • A self-starter and self-learner mindset, with a natural curiosity to dive into a new domain.
