We are seeking a skilled professional to work directly with individuals on Home Detention and other types of statutory orders.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will assess and deliver holistic support, coordinate referrals, and provide assistance across a range of identified needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and deliver holistic support for individuals on Home Detention and other types of statutory orders
  • Coordinate referrals to internal services and external resources as needed
  • Provide emotional and practical support
About You:

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Social Work or related field
  • Proven experience working with disadvantaged individuals interfacing with the criminal justice system
  • Ability to empathise and work autonomously
