Job Title: Support Worker

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering essential care and support to children and young people who may be facing various challenges.

  • Work with individuals assisting with personal care and daily living skills
  • Plan and attend appointments and activities for social interaction and skill development
  • Complete daily case notes, admin tasks, and incident reports

About You:

We are seeking a Support Worker who possesses the following skills and qualifications:

  • Current NSW Driver's Licence and willingness to drive
  • Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • A paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • A National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC)
  • Willingness to provide consent to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR)
  • Availability to work across a 24/7 roster
  • Minimum Certificate IV in Disability Services, Community Services or Individual Support OR identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, and have relevant experience
