Job Description

The successful candidate will lead by achieving individual and company sales and delivery of objectives through active promotion of Controls/Automated Logic as a professional organisation that delivers high-quality service and maintenance of BMS control systems and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Generate sales hand in hand with account management of the service and maintenance contracts.
  2. Actively promote and professionally deliver Carrier/Automated Logic's service and projects offerings to new and existing customers.
  3. Work with other team members to ensure delivery of promises to customers and maximise lifetime business opportunities.
  4. Provide technical support to Service Technicians and Carrier/Automated Logic customers.
  5. Regularly visit key customers to ensure no ongoing issues and maximise sales opportunities at each customer site.
  6. Liaise with technicians and site contacts for purposes of submitting timely quotations for additional works.
  7. Aware of overall Company financial objectives and work proactively to achieve those goals.
  8. Identify and develop relationships with existing and new customers, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
Requirements:
  1. Extensive experience in Building Automation and HVAC Industry.
  2. Past experience in people management and team-working.
  3. Strong knowledge of Building Automation Technologies, Designs, and related industries.
  4. Strong problem-solving ability and initiatives.
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to develop and sell commercial contracts.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum
