Overview

Audience Republic is an all-in-one customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing platform built for events and venues. We partner with prominent organizations to power events featuring renowned artists like Taylor Swift, Paul McCartney, Post Malone, Elton John, RÜFÜS DU SOL, ODESZA, and Flume.

We're seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to own demand generation end-to-end — driving pipeline through content, email, and paid media. This is a high-ownership, execution-first role for someone who thrives on doing, not managing. A core part of this role will be producing content yourself and driving demand through email & paid ads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demand Generation: Develop and execute campaigns that drive high-quality pipeline and revenue across paid, organic, and email channels.
  • Content Creation: Own the editorial calendar. Write blog content, case studies, landing pages, and create short-form video content yourself.
  • Email Marketing: Run email campaigns, nurture tracks, product announcements, and lifecycle marketing through HubSpot.
  • Paid Media: Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn (primarily retargeting and mid-funnel).
  • Website & Tracking: Perform light web updates (Webflow), basic conversion rate optimization (CRO), and analytics setup — from UTM parameters to pixels and event tracking.
  • Customer Insights: Engage with customers, extract insights, and turn them into marketing assets that speak directly to our ideal customer profile (ICP), along with case studies.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Own your own dashboards. Report on marketing qualified leads (MQLs), pipeline, and customer acquisition cost (CAC). Make performance-based decisions weekly.
