Childcare Educator Role

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Childcare Educator to lead our educational programs for children aged 0-5 years.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging, developmentally appropriate educational plans for children in our care.
  • Ongoing observation and assessment of children's progress, using this information to tailor learning experiences.
  • Build strong relationships with children and their families, providing regular updates and feedback.
  • Maintain a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment that fosters children's development.
  • Collaborate with the wider education team to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • Hold a Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education or above.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver high-quality, play-based learning programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to supporting children's development.
  • Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain).
  • First Aid qualification, including CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma management.
