About the Role

Curtis Partnership is seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Support Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients, managing escalations, and leading project-oriented tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage 2nd and 3rd level escalations and end-user support within client environments
  • Lead and manage project-oriented tasks, including client upgrades, cloud migrations, and routine updates
  • Troubleshoot servers and networking hardware as required
  • Support cross-skilling and mentor junior team members
  • Ensure documentation is up-to-date
About You
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar environment, either in-house support or managed services
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach and excellent time management
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Veeam backup and replication
  • Strong working knowledge of Virtualisation Technologies, including VMware, Hyper-V, and Azure Virtual Desktop
  • PowerShell/VB Scripting and other scripting languages
  • Working knowledge of Linux OS, build, configuration, and administration
  • Cybersecurity skills
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
