Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Cloud Engineer - Azure DevOps. This role requires expertise in designing, deploying, and managing scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using Azure services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting desktop, infrastructure, and services across multiple technology streams, including hardware, OS, software, networks, server, and print. They will also be required to respond to, resolve incidents and service requests within agreed service level agreements (SLAs), and follow the breach reporting process for any failed SLAs.

In addition, the Senior Cloud Engineer - Azure DevOps will be responsible for asset refresh relocation deployment and decommissioning while maintaining data integrity within the configuration management database (CMDB). They will also be responsible for maintenance and housekeeping of customers' physical infrastructure, including desktop equipment, peripherals, telephony, print devices, audio/visual conferencing equipment, and ensuring that all timesheets and project efforts are accurately recorded and submitted on time.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and Deploy Scalable Infrastructure: Design, deploy, and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using Azure services.
  2. Support Multiple Technology Streams: Support desktop, infrastructure, and services across multiple technology streams, including hardware, OS, software, networks, server, and print.
  3. Incident Resolution: Respond to, resolve incidents and service requests within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  4. Asset Management: Asset refresh relocation deployment and decommissioning while maintaining data integrity within the configuration management database (CMDB).
  5. Maintenance and Housekeeping: Maintenance and housekeeping of customers' physical infrastructure, including desktop equipment, peripherals, telephony, print devices, audio/visual conferencing equipment.
  6. Timesheet and Project Effort: Ensure that all timesheets and project efforts are accurately recorded and submitted on time.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical skills in cloud engineering, particularly with Azure services.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and procedures.
  • Experience working with configuration management databases (CMDBs).
  • Security clearance or ability to obtain AGSVA security clearance.
