Cloud Architect Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Architect Specialist to join our team for a 6-month contract position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud architecture, with expertise in designing and implementing scalable cloud solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of cloud-based architectures, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems. You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving any potential gaps in the solution architecture.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong experience in cloud architecture and design, ideally within the financial sector
  • Expertise in Java development and delivering solutions using cloud native services
  • Systems Integration experience in complex technology environments involving API orchestration including REST, SOAP and Message based integration
  • Strong experience in the development and design/architecture of microservices

Desirable skills include experience working within a large financial institution, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and relevant certifications such as Azure or AWS.
