Strategic Product Leadership Position

You will shape the future of our People & Culture function, responsible for building and managing the product roadmap. You will guide our teams through the discovery and design phase, leading strategic prioritisation of all P&C products and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Design a strategic framework for prioritising all P&C products, projects, and initiatives.
- Establish a Project Management Office (PMO), setting the enterprise standard for disciplined execution.
- Cultivate strong relationships with senior leaders.
- Mentor and develop a team of product and project management professionals.
