Job Title: Physical SOC Manager
AWS Security is seeking a skilled professional to lead and manage the design, development, and implementation of a Physical Security Operations Centre (PSOC).
This role will oversee the operationalisation of the PSOC capability from concept phase through to operations phases.
- Provide risk, threat, and vulnerability management subject matter expertise to support security leadership and other teams.
- Direct and oversee physical/protective security risk, threat, and vulnerability management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on risk, threat, and vulnerability management to support security leadership and teams.
- Develop and implement an effective protective security risk, threat, and vulnerability management plan, schedule, and roadmap.
- Prepare executive level presentation packs, briefings, papers, and reports for governance bodies and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 6+ years experience in areas related to PSOC or public sector agencies involved in physical security management.
- Proficient with government security frameworks, policies, and standards.
- Minimum 5 years experience in implementing and operationalising security to meet business outcomes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to produce detailed and complex written business cases.
