What You'll Do


As the first point of contact for various callers and enquiries, you will work closely with the National Service Centre team and the NSW Service team to achieve service excellence through email, web live chat, and phone calls.



  • Greet all visitors and callers, assist with general enquiries, and direct requests to the appropriate business area.
  • Assist the Service team with client engagement and enter leads and opportunities into our CRM system.
  • Provide sales, service, and marketing support and bookings.

What You'll Bring



  • Previous experience in a receptionist role or similar position.
  • Strong administrative skills and an excellent communicator.
  • Be extremely proactive and able to show initiative.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Passion for the IT industry and a big team player.

What Else Do You Need to Apply?



  • We require a relevant cover letter for your application to be considered.
  • Start within a 4-week time frame, ideally.
  • Be an Australian resident available to work full-time without restrictions.
  • Travel on-site to our office in Alexandria.

Compnow will provide and require all successful applicants to complete a current National Police Check as well as a new or updated state-based Working With Children Check.
