Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to fill a vacancy at our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair a wide range of heavy commercial trucks, including Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner, and Fuso models.
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and necessary repairs to ensure vehicles are safe and roadworthy.
  • Follow detailed factory repair and diagnostic procedures to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Provide expert advice and communicate effectively with customers, service advisors, and technicians during express assessments.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Heavy or Light vehicle qualification and current registration.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team environment.
  • Driver's licence and HR license (preferred).
  • Experience with European, American, or Japanese truck brands is not essential but will be highly regarded.
