Job Description
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading our team and ensuring every customer receives an outstanding experience. You will play a key role in driving sales, merchandising, and more. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and take your career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of up to 20 team members
  • Understand sales trends, top sellers, and key performers
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Manage high stock volume
  • Possess a passion for the outdoors (highly desirable)
  • First Aid certified or willing to be trained at our expense
  • Availability across late nights and weekends required
