Service Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our workshop as a Service Manager.

  • Responsibility for performance and daily activities of the Service department
  • Maintaining growth opportunities while ensuring efficient and profitable operations
  • Ensuring productivity of the team and quality of work to the highest standards

A key part of your role will be working closely with Sales and Parts departments to ensure seamless customer experience. You will also have the opportunity to develop skills in leadership, motivation, and time management.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to take on a challenging and rewarding role within our workshop. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Service department. This includes achieving sales targets, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

You will work closely with the Sales and Parts teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in leadership, motivation, and time management.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to motivate and lead a team.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
