Lead Brewer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Lead Brewer to shape the future of our brewing operations and take on leadership responsibilities within the company.


Job Description

This role is ideal for a self-motivated brewer who can actively participate in all aspects of brewery management, including recipe development and innovation.

The position offers flexible hours, promoting a healthy work/life balance at our production facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and brewing core range beers, developing monthly limited releases
  • Collaborating with sales managers to manage stock levels and release schedules
  • Ordering brewing and packaging materials
  • Working with designers to create labels for new releases
  • Coordinating logistics for stock movements and deliveries
  • Representing the brewery at events
  • Building relationships with suppliers and customers

This role is perfect for a motivated young brewer seeking to make a mark or someone looking for a flexible brewing position to accommodate family commitments.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of brewing experience and strong problem-solving skills.

Experience in recipe development and innovation is highly desirable.
