Green Power Energy is seeking a skilled Master Solar Panel Technician to join their team. As a key member of the Field Operations team, you will work with cutting-edge solar technology and be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels in various settings.

About the Role

This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should have a strong understanding of electrical systems and be able to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.

Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain solar panel systems on rooftops, ground mounts, and carports.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and inspecting panels, checking connections, and replacing worn-out parts.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to ensure efficient project completion and high-quality results.
  • Assist in training new team members on safety procedures, equipment operation, and industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in solar panel installation and maintenance.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and tools.
