You will play a pivotal role in shaping how core applications and processes support our organisation's mission. This is an opportunity to collaborate with PMs, developers, QA and business leaders to deliver measurable outcomes.


About the Role
  • Lead and facilitate requirements gathering and optimisation workshops;
  • Develop business cases and user stories that are accurate and accessible;
  • Manage and coordinate UAT to ensure solutions meet acceptance criteria;
  • Identify improvement opportunities and propose practical technology solutions;
  • Manage stakeholder interactions across multiple initiatives;
  • Provide thought leadership on best-practice ways to use technology to solve complex business problems;
  • Stay across industry trends and continuously improve BA processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirements definition and management;
  • UAT coordination in business-engaged environments;
  • Communication and customer focus;
  • Risk management;
  • Dynamics 365 experience.

The Ideal Candidate
  • 5+ years' Business Analysis experience;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Resilience and negotiation skills;
  • Track record delivering robust outcomes;
  • Exposure to Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM or ERP).
