Financial Risk Specialist

This role presents a key opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to the assessment and management of credit risk within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular reviews of client credit profiles
- Develop and enhance financial models, databases, and spreadsheets
- Provide expert advice on client lending requests
- Monitor market trends and economic environments
- Establish and manage client credit limits
- Compile and submit detailed management reports
- Engage with clients through local travel and conference attendance
Requirements
- Strong understanding of financial principles, risk assessment, and financial modeling
- A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
- Ability to present complex information effectively
- Proficiency in research and reporting tools—Power BI is an advantage
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in commerce, economics, business, or finance
- Minimum three to five years' experience in a similar role
