Sales and Account Manager

About this role
This is a key position in our Perth-based team, responsible for driving Aggregates sales across Northwest WA. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a structured customer contact plan to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain and enhance positive working relationships with assigned customers to build customer loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
- Resolve customer issues and disputes in a prompt and professional manner.
- Ensure all customers are trading within their allocated credit limits and manage risk.
- Proactively promote the full product and service range to maximise up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
About You
- Experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in the construction materials sector.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to generate new business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and with high-level time management skills.
- Strong team player with a customer-centric approach.
