Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Iplex Australia. As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a critical role in growing and retaining our customer base across multiple market sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service-based account management and representation to our valued customers.
- Maintain and improve the customer base in your assigned territory/market segment through planned individual account support.
- Develop product share of wallet opportunities with your assigned customer base.
- Utilize sales skills to secure sales through effective negotiation and value positioning.
- Stay updated with market conditions, industry trends, and competitive products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute account plans and ensure client success.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Account Manager who possesses:
- Experience in internal or external sales.
- Background in the water or plastics industry is advantageous.
- Strong computer literacy skills with Salesforce experience.
- Effective interpersonal skills for dealing with customers and team members.
- Strong negotiation skills to balance business and customer needs.
- Ability to influence individuals to achieve outcomes.
