Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development of our Identity Analytics solution. This is a permanent full-time opportunity with hybrid working conditions.

The successful candidate will own our Identity Analytics capability, defining its direction and growing its capabilities. They will collaborate across IAM, Technology, and Risk functions to turn complex data into clear, actionable intelligence.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), ideally within a regulated environment. They will have proven ability to develop analytics and insights that drive decision-making across IAM or IT operations.

They will be hands-on expert with tools like SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Google BigQuery to deliver impactful reporting and dashboards. A deep understanding of IAM controls and access validation processes, including recertification and automation, is essential.

A confident communicator and collaborator, able to influence stakeholders across technology, risk, and business functions, is required for this role. The ability to work from home and other flexibility options will be available to the successful candidate.
