This is a permanent full-time opportunity with hybrid working conditions, open to our offices based in Gadigal Country (Sydney) and Naarm (Melbourne).

Your Role
Ready to shape the future of Identity Analytics in the Identity and Access Management domain? We're looking for a visionary Product Owner to lead the development of our IAM analytics capability, designing metrics, automating controls, and delivering powerful insights that drive smarter decisions and reduce risk. You'll own our Identity Analytics solution, define its direction, and grow its capabilities. You'll collaborate across IAM, Technology, and Risk functions to turn complex data into clear, actionable intelligence. You'll also play a key role in improving IAM processes, supporting access validation campaigns, and helping shape the future of identity governance. About You

  • Strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), ideally within a regulated environment such as financial services or APRA-regulated institutions.
  • Proven ability to develop analytics and insights that drive decision-making across IAM or IT operations.
  • Hands-on expertise with tools like SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Google BigQuery to deliver impactful reporting and dashboards.
  • Deep understanding of IAM controls and access validation processes, including recertification and automation.
  • Confident communicator and collaborator, able to influence stakeholders across technology, risk, and business functions.
